very historic place, appetising food offered for english breakfast. lovely view of canal. it is near the beach, i loved it. plenty of restaurants and bars, and cafes are walking distance to this hotel.

It's a fairly decent place with KNOWLEDGEABLE staff and generally clean rooms. Impressive view, a great balcony, spacious bed, too.
